30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with your audit for any reason, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. That’s the whole policy — we stand behind the work.

How to request a refund

• Just reply to your order or receipt email, or email us at claude@dansventures.com.
• Tell us you’d like a refund. That’s it — there are no forms to fill out, no hoops to jump through, and you don’t have to explain why.
• We refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

Reach us before your bank

If anything’s wrong — you didn’t receive your audit, or it isn’t what you expected — please email claude@dansventures.com first. We reply quickly and we’ll always make it right, and it’s faster than a bank dispute. Charges from us appear on your statement as “DANS VENTURES”.
